Class Descriptions:

Circuit Training
A series of 8-10 exercises performed one after the other with little or no rest in between, which is repeated 2-3 times. Each exercise works a different muscle group for an excellent total body workout.

Core Circuit
A series of 8-10 exercises performed one after the other with little rest in between, which is repeated 2-3 times. These exercises are focused on core strengthening and stability.

SilverSneakers® Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase strength and range of movement, and activities for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and a ball are used as resistance and a chair is used for seated and standing support.

SilverSneakers® Enerchi

Silver Sneakers Enerchi is a class incorporating modified tai chi forms and qigong principles. This class is designed to link forms of Tai Chi to create a guided flow to improve physical and mental well-being. We will work to increase strength and vitality. You will learn weight transfers and rhythmic movement while bringing awareness and focus to breathing techniques.

Chair Yoga
Relax and join us for an hour of breathing, range of movement, muscular endurance, and balance exercises. A chair is offered for support, deep stretching, and the ultimate relaxation.

MOGStability 
Combines stability exercises & stretching to improve balance. MOGStability will focus on improving stability, strength, and flexibility of participants so they are able to lead more confident and independent lives.
