Practice Manager for Trilogy. In addition to office operations and overseeing Administrative and Front Desk Staff, Amy’s responsibilities also include Human Resources, Credentialing, Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Billing.

Upon completion of courses of study at Daemen College, SUNY Buffalo School of Business/Management, Canisius College and Niagara Community College, Amy also served on the Advisory Boards of Villa Maria and Bryant and Stratton Physical Therapist Assistant Programs. Amy joined Grand Island Physical Therapy in 2005. As former co-owner of Metro Physical Therapy, PC, she has over 25 years of Physical Therapy management experience and over 38 years in customer service. Based in our Grand Island office, Amy was instrumental in assisting and organizing the opening of our Elmwood Sheridan Physical Therapy, Southtowns Physical Therapy, and our recent acquisition of Wheatfield Physical Therapy.

Amy’s goal is to incorporate the wealth of knowledge and patient service that she acquired to equip our team to best serve our patients and their families. Amy is committed to making our patients and families experience in our offices a positive one!
